Here are some recipes for self-care to boost immunity, or when times an energetic reset of any kind is needed. They are rituals that I loooooove to practise as they keep me supported and in check. 🙂

As everyone has uniquely different constitutions and needs, it’s always great fun to try them out and see how if they work for you too.

Immune Boosting Cardamom Tea

Ingredients
600ml Hot Water
1 Thermos Flask 600ml or larger. 
For a more concentrated tincture, use a smaller-sized Thermos.
4 Cardamom Pods
4 Black Peppercorns
4 Cloves
4 Slices of Fresh Ginger or a Teaspoon or Ginger Powder
1 Tablespoon of Raw Honey (to add, when ready to drink.)

Instructions
1. Add all items into the Thermos with boiling hot water before bedtime.
2. Allow the tea to brew overnight and drink it first thing in the morning. 
3. Add a teaspoon of  Raw Honey with a non-metal spoon if you like.

*This tea is a great natural remedy for respiratory illnesses. It reduces allergic airway inflammation and is antiviral, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory. Also great for eliminating excess mucus while  strengthening your immune system.
