Do this before bedtime for a good night’s sleep.

Ingredients
1 Cup Bentonite clay
1 Cup Himalayan Pink salt
2 Cups Epsom Salt (additional 1 cup for every 50 lbs you are over 100)
2 cups Baking Soda
Few drops of Essential oil (I like Lavender)

Instructions
1. Fill the bathtub with hot water at a temperature that is comfortable for you.
2. Add all the ingredients and allow yourself to soak for 20 minutes or more.
3. Longer soaks allow the pores to open and stimulate the lymphatic system to enhance the detoxification process.  4. Drink a glass of good quality water after to hydrate.

*Best done before bed time as the bath ritual helps you sleep well.

** Do check with your doctor if you have high blood pressure or heart conditions. Start with a ½ cup clay soaking for 10 minutes if you are unsure or feel uncomfortable.
